1. What is included in the price of the bedroom?

All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and WC, a hairdryer and cable TV.

Additional facilities include:

·    Pay per view channels

·    Direct dial telephone with electronic voicemail

·    Wake-up call service

Taxes are included in the rate.

2. Is breakfast included in the rate?

All rooms are sold on room-only basis therefore breakfast is not included. A extensive breakfast buffet of hot and cold dishes is available at € 10,00 per person per day.

Breakfast is served on a daily basis from 6.30am until 10.00am

4. Does the hotel have different types of bedrooms?

The Tulip Düsseldorf Arena offers one room type. All 288 comfortable double rooms are fully equipped.

Yes, we welcome children in our hotel. Children up to the age of 11 can stay free of charge in their parents’ room.

Yes, we offer baby cots upon request, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff. To make sure there is a baby cot available for you, please inform us when you are making a reservation.

Yes, the hotel offers 3 special designed accessible rooms. Please ask our friendly staff during the reservation.

8. What time’s check in and check out?

Check-in is from 2pm and we kindly ask you to check-out until 12am.

9.  Can I check-in early or check-out late?

Early check-in is possible upon request for a small fee of €30,- (During fairs €50,-). Late check-out is possible free of charge upon request. Call us at least one day in advance, so we can review the possibility depending on room availability.

10. Can I leave my luggage before I check-in or after I check-out?

Yes, ask our friendly staff at our front desk, they will safely store the luggage for you.

11. Is wireless internet access available in the hotel?

Wireless Internet is available in all our rooms, our meeting rooms and in the BRANCHE Bar & Lounge. A fee of € 18,-/24 hours or € 8,-/1 hour will be charged.

Yes, we offer a BRANCHE Restaurant, Bar & Lounge.

BRANCHE Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is a comfortable and relaxing area. Specially designed and offering good quality food and drinks in an informal and relaxed atmosphere while light jazz and lounge music is playing in the background. With flexibility in food choice, the kitchen opens from 10 am until 10 pm serving anything from breakfast and light snacks to full dining.

Our bar closes at midnight. During events and special occasions the bar will stay open longer.

In the close surroundings of the hotel a sport park can be found with a swimming pool and many more.

16. Can I smoke in the hotel?

Smoking is allowed in our BRANCHE Bar & Lounge and on the Arena terrace. All our rooms are non-smoking.

Yes, pets are allowed for an additional charge of €10,- per day.
